Tonight was a quiet night. I worked 4 1/2 hours, took 8 deliveries, drove 23 miles, and made $20 in tips.
Lately every employee has been assigned a cleaning job. Tonight my job was to sweep and mop the back walk-in cooler.
Nick was also planning to stay late and sand down the hood above the oven.

Yeah that sanding didnt work cause the damn hood was so caked over with grease so i ended up scraping it off with the dough cutter... what a joy and a half.
