Quiet Monday

Tonight was a quiet night. I worked 4 1/2 hours, took 8 deliveries, drove 23 miles, and made $20 in tips.

Lately every employee has been assigned a cleaning job. Tonight my job was to sweep and mop the back walk-in cooler.

Nick was also planning to stay late and sand down the hood above the oven.
